Practice, Practice, Practice and Try New Thing’s

Most of us will think of doing new think’s every day. However, we never pursue new think because we believe 9 out of 10 times. We will fail.

There is always be a first time for anything you do. Practising the skill or passion every day again and again. Until to a point arrives, where it becomes your muscle memory. And it an unspoken part of your personality.  Use playing basketball, for example, playing it for a few month’s every day will make you good at the game.  Applying practising you to everything will help you attaining self – confidence and self-esteem.

Smells shapes your mood

Well, the title is self-explanatory. Feeling low drives, the low confidence. Smell play’s definite role in the feeling of your mood.

The study has been conducted on the 2 groups of college students.

The first group had a good smelling scent. Instantly they were feeling about good about themselves and therefore, boosted their confidence. And the results for the second group is indirectly proportional.


Music is a quick way of bringing your mood up. Another study shows that musical therapy improved self-esteem and self-confidence in people.

Taking another step forward. Try to learn an instrument and after you have accomplished it will give you an enormous boost to not just your confidence will improve your personality as a human.

Daily Exercise

You look good, you feel good. By exercising you releases endorphin’s in your body. Can completely change your mood. Gives you a feeling of the calmness inside your head.

All you need to sacrifice the only 15-30minutes of your day.

Be Helpful

Dopamine, Oxytocin and Serotonin. it’s called the happiness trifecta. When you help these chemical releases in your brain.

Act of help gives us the feeling of warmth like a hug. Make a target of helping at least someone in a day. If you do it and he/she reply by saying thank you. Ask him to pay it forward.

You will start a cycle of happiness around the world. Without even knowing you might be changing the world.

Happiness is the key to self-confidence.
